I use custom stamps regularly and find panning up and down in the dropdown to be annoying since the icon to pan up or down is so small and when my pointer goes past it the drop down disappears, then I need to find my stamp again..! Please fix..
I just opened a 500-page pdf and navigated to page 83 using a bookmark. I need to manipulate the page, so I opened the Page Thumbnails palette, but for some reason, the thumbnails are somewhere around page 250. So I have to scroll in thumbnails to get to the page I need. Please add a "Go To Current Page" button in…
Add a command that will trim a polyline. Allow the user to click on a polyline markup control point, then click on the side to delete. All the control points on the selected side will be deleted in one command. It is painful to have to delete a lot of control points on a long poly line to shorten it, or have to redraw it.…
Would it be possible to add 'Fill color' as one of optional filters on 'Markup list'?
I haven't found a good way to do tile drawings as I need the ability to control where patterns start and stop. See attached. I need the ability to start and end tiles based on the region I am drawing in, not on the page as a whole. Tile drawings could be so easy if you made this change. If anyone has any good way to do…
Autofill password is not allowed in popup for logging in. This means that one has to choose a memorable password that is more likely to be compromised by brute force attacks.
The feature to hide the title bar of Bluebeam Revu (F9) doesn't seem to have any reference points in the menus or a button on the window interface. If a user accidentally activates this mode and doesn't realize that it was an otherwise unreferenced keyboard shortcut, it's difficult to troubleshoot locally. The Alt menus…
It would be nice to be able to copy/paste viewports😉 **Unfortunately, Bluebeam does not let you directly copy/paste viewports across different pages or documents.
Please add an option to export a page to scalable vector graphics (SVG) file format. This would of course only convert the markups and linework that are capable of translating to SVG, there would not be a need to attempt to convert raster graphics. This will facilitate the use of Bluebeam with laser cutting/etching and…
It would be helpful if a poly length measurement could be placed by clicking on two locations within a PDF that would then return the right angle dimension between the two points.
Allow the editing of groups of tools when creating large assemblies that share custom properties. Example: A hold down assembly requiring a HD, nut, washer, threaded rod, and epoxy are specified in detail "1/S101." The detail currently has to be typed into each custom property field for each tool. Being able to apply…
It is very difficult to navigate in a document i BlueBeam Revu. In almost all other programs the mouse wheel is used to scroll and you zoom by holding down CTRL and roll the mouse wheel. Sometimes in BlueBeam Revu you zoom without holding down CTRL and you scroll when holding down CTRL. Sometimes nothing of this works or…
Fairly regularly when I detach the markups list, or drag a pdf tab to another screen the window gets stuck off screen enough that I can't move or resize it. It is very frustrating and difficult to fix; usually have to restart bluebeam, and even then it tends to remember the last position and put it back. These child…
I would like to be able to organize sessions into folders or containers, something like basic folder structure in file explorer.
Can you please increase the size of the bounding box for window size adjustment….it is impossibly small.

Please add the ability to allow some users to edit/delete other peoples comments. This can be controlled through permissions. At our organisation when reviewing drawings there is a review manager that consolidates comments before sending them back. This process occurs regardless of if we are using Bluebeam or another tool.…
Add folders for studio sessions to organize the list of recent Studio sessions. Some of our clients utilize one Studio session per deliverable on large projects that have multiple reviewers. It can be quite a task to find the one studio session for a smaller project amidst the rows and rows of studio sessions per…
With more people using bluebeam as a CAD/drawing program. It would be nice if bullet points/numbers points with auto text indent was a feature.
It would be helpful to have an autosave function for PDFs being used in Revu. Currently this does not exist and would be very beneficial.
This has been requested many many times in the past by many Revu users. WHY is there STILL no numbered/bulleted list function??
It would be a huge time saver to have keyboard shortcuts for assigning markup statuses. Numerous workflows (e.g. QA/QC and design reviews, punch/back-check) involve multiple status changes for markups, and often times there are multiple statuses (or state models) to choose from. On large projects, with 100's if not 1,000's…
I'd like to create/insert a table into Bluebeam Revu that I can edit like any other markup.
It would be great be able to see to whom and when the "alert attendee" has been done. Today you can see exactly who and when markups has been accepted but there are no info at all if a markup has been alerted to someone.
Hi. It would be very helpful to have a Bluebeam Revu (we use 20 at my company) functionality to be able to download all of the files within a Studio Session with one or two clicks as opposed to having to download all files individually. This would save time, especially for Sessions with a large number of files (100+ is…
I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because I have a couple of suggestions that I think could make Bluebeam even better. First off, I've been really impressed with the new ARM-based Windows machines, especially those using the Snapdragon Elite X. They’re powerful, have great battery life—kind of like MacBooks in…
