Include more user setting options in spell check popup
When you run spell check - Edit > Check Spelling > Check Spelling in PDF Content… a dialog box pops up with user options. Please add the Include Upper Case Words, and Active Dictionary options to this popup. It is really annoying to run the spell check only to realize that it didn't have the proper settings. You have to…

Forms - Dropdown - Adding multiline options
Not sure if its possible yet but I haven't figured it out. When using lists or dropdown forms on PDF's to create for example a full list of addresses on a drawing template, you can only add a single line to each option. The ability to add multiple lines to a option would save so much hassle.

Custom Captions and Callouts
Custom Captions should be extended to support all text-based markups. Specifically, callouts would be the most useful. In particular, they should be extended to the Count markup - it does not make much sense that they are available for other measurement-type markups, but not Count.

Issues with Invisible or Distorted Text Markups When Editing
Not sure if this is known bug, or just an issue with my install. I am using the most current v21.6.1. This is not an issue that occurs all the time, but when in the session for awhile, I experience issues with editing text on existing markups. There is no issues with creating the markup involving text, but when I go back…

Remove session notifications for files that have been removed
Bluebeam session notification alerts stay active even after the file has been removed from the session. When you go to it an alert pops up. This is a waste of time. Either remove notification alerts that are no longer valid due to removed files, or in the alert list make them greyed out with an indication the alert is for…

drawing-specific Toolchests
In electrical projects, we frequently work with consultants who use their own unique symbol sets to represent the same components—switches, fixtures, conduits, etc. This creates a challenge when marking up drawings, as our Toolchest has to be manually adjusted for each new symbol standard. It would be incredibly helpful if…

Update to Colour Processing
I'd like to suggest an enhancement to the Color Processing tool that would be incredibly useful when working with layered and complex construction plans. Currently, when trying to isolate specific elements, the workflow requires manually changing all unwanted colors to transparent—just to retain one or two colors that…

Rotate markups before placement using a keyboard shortcut
I would like to suggest a new enhancement for future releases of Bluebeam Revu: the ability to rotate markups before placement using a keyboard shortcut. For example, pressing the Space bar while placing a markup could rotate it by 90 degrees with each tap. This feature is common in other design and markup applications and…

Color Processing > Modify Colors > Partially adjust Transparency of color
There might be a workaround to this issue that I am unaware of, but I have run into the instance where I have been sent a set of PDF's where there are solid hatches that are blocking information beneath it. When I use Color Processing > Modify Colors it removes the hatches and I am able to see the information below, but I…

Save As... without markups
Please add an option when performing Save As… to exclude all markups.

Set toolbox scale globally
It would be nice if I could change the scale for all toolboxes globally.

Thumbnail Resizing
When increasing the thumbnail size - the text should also increase in size. Or add a bar that increases either. My screen is more than arms length away - would be nice if I didnt have to lean across my desk to read the size 4 font.

Page Labeling
When editing page label names - BB dings everytime you "tab" to the next sheet. It may just be me, but this ding gets in my skin like a bot fly larvae. Get rid of the incessant dinging it's not needed. While "tabbing" to the next page - bluebeam stays on the last page visited in the document window. If you tab to the next…

Interleaved and Summed Overlay of Combined/Multi-sheet PDFs
Follow-up to this question: https://community.bluebeam.com/discussion/5229/batch-overlay-retain-unmatched-pages-from-latest-version Say RevA.pdf has five sheets, RevB.pdf has four, and four or fewer are to be overlayed. Desired output is all five sheets. Without this feature, as-is, producing an overlayed set requires…

Thumbnail Sorting
By top-level properties like sheet size and name, at the very least.
