so i purchased bluebeam revu two years ago… fantastic product.. works amazingly on my lap top… im trying to get it to work on my desktop as well, but the tools are greyed out… Its utterly impossible to get any customer service… how can i correct this?

Hello, I'm using the trial version until my company gets me a license to the full product, however, "Markup Mode" is unavailable……is there a Bluebeam download that will include "markup mode"? or is there an alternative way to toggle this setting in the trial version?
Currently, when you hover over the maximize button you don't see the snap layouts. It would be nice if the maximize button would be programmed so that the snap feature could be used in Windows 11.
