Import Excel
I use Bluebeam to identify staff locations on a floor plan. Is it possible to import a list of staff names to Bluebeam text fields? Right now, I have to create a new text field for each staff member, but it would be easier if I could just import this list to create multiple text fields.

You can definitely do this through the Custom Columns Choice Column. You can import data from a .csv to build out the required information. If you have a markup, say, of a person sitting, and name the Subject 'Staff location,' you can have a dropdown option that specifically works for that Subject. Also, you can now display the Custom Column Choice data in the markup through Labels in measurements.
So, I would Sketch to Scale a person's head, use the Label to ID the person's name and use the Choice column to access the dropdown to find that person's name to display on the PDF.

This person kinda explains it, but does not show the .csv import1
