Show a warning / message if errors are detected in the pdf file

I recently received a document from a supplier and a lot of images were not being displayed in BB.
[I have been troubleshooting this with Grant who may be able to provide more insight there and has a copy of the original file]
Upon inspection the log was full of errors, and in this case most of the images had an outline border, which did render correctly - see image attached.
If it wasn't for the borders, I would not have known that the images were not being displayed and would have missed important information.
In instances like this, it would be very helpful to have some kind of warning or alert indicating that there is an issue displaying the file correctly.
