Bullet points & Indent text

With more people using bluebeam as a CAD/drawing program. It would be nice if bullet points/numbers points with auto text indent was a feature.

    I agree! It would be beneficial. I typically generate a quote for my customers. I always add a cover page to my quotes that bullets out any plan inconsistencies or asks questions for review.

    Really need some more options for text editing. Basic functions that are available in almost all other software like bulleted lists, indention, change case, etc.

    We use Bluebeam for a lot of things, but specifically for submittal review a numbered or bulleted list would be great!

    Hi all,

    Thanks for the post and engagement on this. This is something that is mentioned in a number of different workflows by many different types of users. It's something that we would like to address in the future but are not committing to in 2025. We'll be sure to keep this thread updated if anything changes in the near-term.

    Just out of curiosity, various apps handle auto-numbering and bullet point input slightly differently. Which app input method do you all prefer most?

    I agree this has been needed for a long time as I was searching again for a solution. I would think MS Word would be a good method. Let's get it done in 2025 @Luke Prescott ! ;)

    Yes, Bullet points and numbering would be amazing! I agree with @Rob Fetherston :), Like MS Word. Looking forward to 2025!

    Yes, it is needed to provide quality markups. I agree with @Rob Fetherston :) that Word is the format most are familiar with and a good baseline. I am not sure why this can not be committed to in 2025, as it seems like a base-level tool to have. Looking forward to the improvement whenever it gets here.
