Toolbars not Visible on Microsoft Surface Splitscreen
When I split the screen and Bluebeam is one of the programs being split, it pushes the top, left, and right toolbars off of the usable screen. Is there a setting adjustment to get all the toolbars to not push off of the screen when splitting the screen?
The screenshot below shows the full extents of the screen and the toolbars cannot be reached.

That doesn't look like a proper "split screen". It looks like a floating window that isn't positioned low enough to see the top ribbon. That said, the right-hand tool bar should still be visible. Can we assume this doesn't happen to other apps?

It is occurring when I used the surface slim pen double click to pull up a note side-by-side with my current window. I cannot tell if it is kicking it into a floating window or a true split screen because I cant see or get to the toolbar. Do you know if there is a fix for this?

(accidental click)

I'm not familiar with the nuances of a Surface device so I can't say what causes this or how to fix it. When you close the note, does it go back to full screen? What happens if Bluebeam was floating before opening the note? If you drag the BB window to the side of the screen before opening the note, what happens?

when the note is close, it does come back with the correct toolbars/view. If BB is floating before the note is pulled up, the toolbars are there. If I drag the BB floating to the side, it will jump it to full screen. Then when I queue up note it again BB moves over and the toolbars are off of the screen. It seems to be the only app that behaves this way with the onenote side panel. The others maintain the proper proportion when being "pushed over" next to the note.

I notice that you have a toolbar and a side panel on the right. What happens If you move the properties panel to the left side of the screen so you just have one toolbar on the right?

See attached screenshot. Still clips the left, right, and top of the window

Is your computer sometimes connected to a different monitor or dual monitors? I'm wondering if it's a screen resolution issue where it's misreading the screen size.

No. This is just the native surface screen. Usually not connected to secondary.

Adjusted the scale down and up. Its keeping the same screen/window ratio regardless of scale setting. The toolbars go off the page at all scales.
