Hi again Adeeb, there is a way to import information from a .csv file into Bluebeam Revu's Markup List, but I am not sure if it's what you are looking for. When you use Choice Custom Columns, you can import data from Excel in .csv format. I have used this for duct work so I can create a long list of width, depth and circumference options that I can then import into Revu quickly. There are some tricks to using Subject in Choice Columns, and an easy first crack at it is to not use them so your Choices work on ALL markups, then go back and refine the choices by using Subject to learn how it works. TIP: Subject filters dont use Wildcards eg Subject is 'existing duct' or 'proposed duct' using '* duct' will not work for anything. check this out in BBU https://university.bluebeam.com/how-to-custom-columns/1743346 it does not cover import .csv so I have added this pic here

My computer failed and I lost all the programs, including BB. How do I install BB on a new computer w/o buying a new program? I kept all the BB program data but there's no install. I'm using an old version that's no longer supported so support won't help.
One of my colleagues left the company and left a bluebeam session she created open. Is there a way to close a session without the session owner? Or am I doomed to have an old session in my Studio forever?
Typically I have no issues using keyboard shortcuts in a PDF. But too often I find myself unable to invoke any commands via keyboard shortcuts in a PDF; I have to resort to using menus and toolbars to invoke the commands instead. What is going on here? Is there some kind of a lock of these PDF's?

There should be a way to limit/restrict the general tools within a session, allowing only tools provided in a tool chest to be used. Currently, participants can use tools outside of the toolbox. Even if a profile is setup to hide unwanted tools, users can reopen hidden tools or use key-in shortcuts. This hinders the…
New here to this forum so I appreciated any help! When adding new revisions to conformed sets (.bex file format) of design drawings, previous markups that are brought forward are getting moved off the page into the gray field areas outside of page parameters. What is causing this and how do I fix it?
There was an error rendering this rich post.
Hi all, I have recently updated to Bluebeam 21 and even though I can sign in ok with my login details, I have no functionality at all. I can only use as read only. There is no location to enter my subscription details like there was in Blubeam 18. I have contacted support twice now over the last week and no response.…
Hello. My name is Bill and I'm brand new to Revu. My apologies if this has already been discussed. I don't know enough yet to even know what to search for. I would like to know if it is possible to mark up a plan within Revu and then generate lists or reports of certain items. I would like two different types of mark-ups…
