Duplicate Page Search

Does anyone know of a way to check for duplicate pages within a document? Say a spec was accidentally added in twice in a very large file so it wouldn't be readily noticeable as having already been added.

My first thought is using page labels/bookmarks, but that only helps if the duplicate spec sections are adjacent. Maybe bulk auto hyperlinking could help, but that requires the advance package and still may not be helpful.

Thanks Luke! That was my first thought as well, but the user who asked me this, said bookmarks weren't created for the duplicate - so it wouldn't have shown up this way. I suggested the painful search by spec section option, but beyond this, I couldn't think of anything better.
