Wipeouts Not Plotting Properly

Hello all.

I have frequent problems with wipeouts in AutoCAD not plotting properly when printed to PDF with Bluebeam. See below:

Those black bars are all wipeouts. Actually, it's one quadrant of a wipeout - all of those rectangle block have one wipeout behind them.

This PDF was printed from AutoCAD with the Bluebeam batch plot plugin.

The problem seems intermittent. For example, there are also wipeouts in those numbered tags. Sometimes when I plot I see those as black, too.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

  • I'm sorry I don't have a solution for you, I came here to add that we are having similar issues. These black bars are covering text and there are gray bars also. We are thinking it started after the most recent Bluebeam update.

  • Once you plot to pdf, and get to the file save as dialog box, there is an advanced button that shows some additional settings. Unchecking post processing fixed our problem in the meantime. I still wonder if there is an issue with the update, because it seems like post processing should be enabled to remove the black and gray bars for wipeouts.
