Issue with Revu 20. Opening the program window will not allow me to move or drag it. No close or minimize buttons in the top left corner. No Revu , File , Edit , View, Document , Batch , Tools, Window , Help
Update. I have complete control back
You can see your various toolbars, right? Just the top row is missing?
It may just need a refresh of something similar. Try using the Windows Snap feature. You can open the Snap layout box by selecting Windows logo key+Z or snap the app you’re in by selecting Windows logo key+Arrow
This will split your screen into two or more windows, which will hopefully reveal the missing row.
Still have an issue. I have even tried to download Revu and let it try to repair the problem. But that did seem to help. I don't want to uninstall the program. I worry that since I cannot un-register the seat, it will still think that the seat is being used by another computer.
I have been using this program since 2016 and upgraded to the 2020 version back in 2021. Never had this sort of issue. I know they are trying to move everyone to an annual contract, but I'm not sure if this is part of that switch.
Thanks for the advice, but I'm still having issues.
Well, to update. I have uninstalled my version of Revu and reinstalled the program. This did not fix my issue at all. So I downloaded Revu 21, and it is running the same way. Can not use this program right now at all. Need help, please. I have submitted the ticket. But need some help, I have to get back up and running. I use this program a lot.
Are you using multiple monitors? We learned here on another post that the cables were a problem. I don't think it's the cables, but maybe Revu is misreading the available screen size/placement.
Yes, I am using a monitor, but it is disconnected and only running on the laptop. I am still having the same issue. I can not resize the open screen for Revu, nor can I x it out due to missing the entire top headerboard. No Revu, File, Edit, View, Document, Batch, Tools, Window, Help buttons can drag the window at all. Talk to a person today from BLUEBEAM who was trying to help me get in touch with tech support. He has been with BLUEBEAM for 5 years and has never seen or heard of this issue. I have been using this program for almost 10 years and have never experienced this issue before.
All my other programs are functioning just fine, no issues other than Revu.
The simple fix is to press F9 and the top toolbar should come back.
