Can't login

Hello all,

I am the admin for our site and can login to any of the Bluebeam portals. However, after downloading and installing Revu21, upon launching it, when I try to login using the same credentials that work every time I login to any of the portals I get an error that the username may be incorrect. It says to make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin. Since I am the admin…I don't know what to tell myself. :)

Any idea why, even though I am a licensed user, I cannot log my Bluebeam instance in—with it not even recognizing my username/email?
