Importing Excel Fields into a Bluebeam Text Box
Hello,
I'm having trouble importing data from Excel into my PDF. My objective is to take one row of data at a time from the Excel sheet, use it to populate the text boxes in Bluebeam, print the PDF, and then repeat this process automatically for each subsequent row.
Do I need to create an FDF (Forms Data Format) file to achieve this? If so, how would I go about doing that? I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.

im running into the same issue right now and it seems like you need to do an FDF… how you do that, I have no idea. I posted the same question essentially.
My work around right now is to use the form in word and mail merge it and print to pdf, then in bluebeam to use the form field generator to get the remaining boxes. Its kind of janky but its working right now.
