Stitching Drawings Together
When I have number of drawings covering an area I often stitch the drawings together by starting a new blank pdf with large page size and then repeatedly using the overlay pages tool to bring them all together. I often delete off the boarder and title block to remove the clutter. It works reasonably well, but is time consuming and requires a bit of trial and error. I'm sure you could develop tools to make this a more straight forward process. Thanks

I can see how this could be useful.
Until this is improved, have you tried using the three points alignment method described here…

Just as an interesting find with the new Auto Align tool - if your 'Parent' view, or the first one in the list is an overall view of the project with enough grids to reference too. Then all the smaller drawings can use it as a reference in the Auto Align.
I tested this on a project with Master Plan and 4 Zones. It all stitched together just great.2 -
Oooooooo….. I need to test the AutoAlign with this. I used to have to stich together huge mechanical drawings and it was a miserable process back in 2017 before we had Hardware Acceleration. Thank you for the find Shanoc!!
