Import Bookmarks
There's currently an option to export bookmarks from a PDF file. But it would be helpful to have the ability to import bookmarks too. This would be helpful when reviewing an overlay of 2 or more files because the bookmarks are not saved in the newly created overlay file. It would create consistency when reviewing and…

Sorting Search Results
Being able to sort search results would be highly beneficial to my work flow.

Printing 2-sided option
I would like to see if it is possible to put a box to check in the Print Window to allow for 2-sided printing. I use BB as my Primary PDF doc viewer and I always have to take extra steps to go into my printer settings in the Print Window to mark "2-sided" printing. Just looking to make this a little easier as most of my…

Locking Custom Icons for Sharing
Currently when a user sets up custom icons, including setting them to scale, then shares that file with another user (who accesses this from a separate desktop), the icons don't hold their original size and/or scale. This then requires the alternate user to have to manually re-set every icon as they uses them. Is there a…

Slip Sheeting - Different Size Pages
We are a municipality that utilizes Bluebeam for permit application plans review. We slip sheet revised drawings into the original drawing package. We are not quite sure how - but sometimes the revised drawing differs in size from the original. The slip sheet function will shrink the revised drawing on the page. When using…

Program not registered as started in task bar
I cannot remember when it started, but I am experiencing that when I start Revu Bluebeam from the task bar, it is not recognised as running. If I then open many windows and click the Revu icon in the task bar, to go to Revu, it instead opens a new Revu window instead of going to the original one. The problem has persisted…

Windows snip / screen capture directly as Bluebeam PDF feature request
A feature that would be very useful would be the ability to use the Windows Snip tool (or a Bluebeam snip tool) on an AutoCAD drawing, PPT, Excel or any document just like Windows Snip can, but then the snip would automatically make a Bluebeam pdf that I could use the Bluebeam editing / markup tools on. Yes I know you can…

Linking forms to punch list items
We do a lot of field surveying of existing conditions and, of course, punch listing of projects being built. At a previous job we used PlanGrid. At my current company we use Bluebeam and I'm in the process of evaluating the use of Bluebeam in the field. Two capabilities that PlanGrid has that are missing from Bluebeam:…

File Saving Options Involving Configurations--PRODUCT SUGGESTION
When using layers, one is able to create named configurations so that some layers are turned off. This helps in removing clutter when viewing or printing the file. Currently, when you save, close, and then open a file, it returns to the base default condition, not the configuration that was open when it was saved. It would…

Count Converting Markup
I would suggest implementing a tool that allows you to convert all counts to a markup from your tool chest. This would be a great tool to use for translating markups from one department to another I feel. Unfortunately (to my recollection and testing), a Java script cannot execute anything that would do this. Java script…

Shortcut Key to call last tool/last command
Hello there ! Most software used by designers (Autocad, Rhino etc) have a last command shortcut. Spacebar by default for Autocad for example. Process: Use a command, do something else (move around, switch to another software etc), press the shortcut for last command, get back to what you were doing That would be really…

Flip Markup of Chosen Axis
Flip horizontally and vertically work really well when your markup is 'square' to the drawing, but it would be extremely useful to be able to select an axis or edge and then flip the item for other markups.

Fine control of objects with arrow keys
It would great to see ability for very fine movement of objects using the arrow keys and a modifier key. I've been wanting this since 2015.6. This seems like an obvious add. I am referring to the way that other graphics software such as Photoshop provide fine movement controls via arrow keys.

Saved 'visual searches'
It would be useful to save graphics for visual searches, have a visual search find more than one symbol, and for these saved searches to be shared amongst the organization, like we can with Tool Chests.

Reporting: User Invites per Session (Invited Session Users But Have Not Joined the Session)
Hi, Currently the life cycle of user activity is tracked only if/when the user joins the session. However I would like to suggest consider tracking the lifecycle from when the invitation is sent to the user (the invite to join the session). This would enable useful reporting such as knowing which users were invited to a…
