Provide warning when joining a session if local username doesn't match session display name
When first joining a Bluebeam session please add a pop-up warning when your Bluebeam username (Preferences > General > User) does not match the session display name (Preferences > Studio > Display Name). Most users don't understand that the user name and display name are set in different locations; and the fact that you…

Enable Legends in Studio Sessions
Dear Bluebeam, It would be a great feature to allow the use of Legends in a Studio sessions to help with quantity take-offs where multiple people can add items to a Legend.

Option in Preferences to Disable Pop-ups
I keep having pop-Up Notes appear when I click on a markup. I don't want them, and I have to waste time deleting them. Please make this an Option in Preferences to Turn Off all Pop-Up Notes.

.heic for Image tool
It would be great to be able to import .heic files through the Image tool.

"Remove From List:" multiple Projects or Sessions at once
There seems to be no way to remove more than one Project or Session from the Studio pane at once. Some of our users interact with thousands of studio sessions/projects, so it is unnecessarily cumbersome and time consuming to remove old or unused projects/sessions. Suggest adding an option to remove some or all…

Wish List: Previous View Function per TAB/Document
When clicking the Previous View button … … could it be set to select the previous view(s) on the current tab/document come up, rather than having it switch to the last tabs/documents viewed? EXAMPLE: When I am working between different tabs, like a plan drawing and a code reference, I wish the drawing tab's Previous Views…

Search Selected Pages
When I text search a selected range of sheets and click through the results, the search range changes to match the sheet the result is found on. Can this be fixed so that the sheet range does not change and I can run another search on the same range of sheets I originally selected?

Revu, Markup Summary, CSV- "Markups & Totals" vs "Totals"
You can make the selection for “Totals” in the “Output” setting in “Markup Summary”. However, this selection is not an option for us, as the subject and the self-created columns do not appear. Image 1 We, and certainly every other user, need the “Betreff” and the display of the self-made column “BD Einheit” ...see the…

Segment the Dimension markup
It would be really cool if you could automatically segment the Dimension tool into equal parts. I remember in SketchUp that you can split a line into multiple points and it's very helpful when designing. In Bluebeam, I have a light fixture layout on a plan that needs to be adjusted. I'd like to have 3 lights equally…

Cloud/Server Based Bluebeam Toolsets/ToolChest for Easy Management
I am not sure if anyone has brought this up, however what would it take to have the ability to host a manageable toolset/toolchest on a server that would update when users "refresh" or "restart" the software.

Allow Conversion Between Markup Types
This has come up before, but I haven’t been able to locate the previous posts. I’d really like the ability to convert one markup type to another. For example, if I draw a standard line, I can’t add control points like I could with a polyline. The only option is to redraw it as a polyline from scratch. The same applies to…

Studio Session Alert Attendee Sorting
Be great if the List of Attendees shown when attempting to 'Alert Attendee' was sorted alphabetically rather than by order of access- when the list gets long, it is very cumbersome to find who you're trying to alert

Select and move control points of mark ups without moving all control points.
Would be nice to be able to select and move more than one control point of a markup while the unselected points remain anchored. Like how a callout box has a line attached to it; the line stays anchored at the control point while the box can move independently. Would be even nicer if this could happen with multiple markups…
