Hidden Layer Remains Hidden
Bring back the feature that was in Revu 20 where if you had a layer hidden and assigned a markup to that layer, the layer remained hidden and the markup hid. Currently in Revu 21, when you assign a markup to a hidden layer, the layer reappears. This would be helpful when you are going through and assigning markups to…

Add a setting and hotkey to clear the internet browser cache by pressing CONTROL+F5
Hi I've been having a back and fourth with technical support and come to the conclusion that there is currently no built in feature to clear the browser cache, when Bluebeam is used as a web browser. In my case I have a website that has been changed, but it never changes unless reinstalling the whole software. This is very…

Scaled Tool Chest Line Thicknesses
It would be great if the dynamic tool chest scaler had the option to keep the line thicknesses the same, regardless of scale. Essentially, it could mimic the tool preference "Scale Appearance Properties for Grouped Markups".

more flexible sequence
Could you please modify REVU sequences so they can start from 0. In the I.T. industry a lot of addresses start at 0 which makes it very useful to be able to label different items starting from 0 on construction plans.

Linking Excel Cells to Bluebeam
Hi, Our company leans heavily into Just In Time project delivery. To support my field install team, I use bluebeam to create detailed logistics plans. I frequently have to manually update dozens of Bluebeam Text Box in these plans to reflect changes to shipping quantities/orders/dates etc. I would love to see tool that…

Dark Mode / Invert Colors
It would be fantastic if Revu had a dark mode for the display of PDF's. Just like MS Word has a dark mode for sheets and makes them black and inverses the colors. Basically would like the PDF background to be black with the colors inverted. Would be great if there was even a configuration menu to custom define the inverse…

Notification When License Is About To Expire
I have several users who are opening BlueBeam and finding their license has expired. I want to make a suggestion that BB opens a pop-up stating, "Expiration To Expire In X Days." Starting with 14-days and continues counting down until it states, "License Expired". See attached example.

Open Read-Only and Reload Latest
Please add an option to open a PDF as read-only. AutoCAD has the same feature and is helpful. It is common for one person to be working on a PDF, not in a session, and another wanting to open it. It would be great to add a "Reload Latest" right click option for read-only files, where it reloads the file without having to…

Saving Multiple Page View when saving PDF
It would be nice to be able to save your PDF with multiple viewports open so that when the same file is opened again, all the viewports are restored.

Stop with the constant requests to login
There is no need to ask me to login to my account every week. Once logged in to the bluebeam review program, it should stay logged in until such time I log out, or my subscription expires.

ProjectWise - Update Server copy

API Access to licensing
It would be ideal if we could audit license count via API access. This would eliminate the need for the IT department to log into the portal to confirm available licenses. Using SCIM, there is not currently any other reason for our technicians to log into the admin portal as users are added/removed/licensed via Azure group.

Batch/multiple page erase
Exporting data such as tables to excel is pretty common. One thing that would help a lot is a function where you can erase a certain area, just like the function today, that you could apply to certain, or all pages. This way the extraction of data would me focused on the content only without the need to clean the extracted…
