Trying to resize the overall program window, especially on the diagonal seems like it's all of one pixel wide. I can't tell you the frustration that builds up over this over the course of a day.
@shaun.wall@cti.com, I personally use it on full screen mostly, but I just tried resizing at the corner and sides. Seems to work just like pretty much any other windows screen. I do not find it to be an issue. Please expand on the issue and/or include some screenshots highlighting the issue.

It is difficult to grab. I put the main window on a larger monitor and place the markups, properties and measurement panels on a my mobile workstation. I've learned to run the cursor at an angle almost parallel to the edge of the window an click when it grabs the border.
Please add the ability to allow some users to edit/delete other peoples comments. This can be controlled through permissions.
