Sticky dialogs for easy repeat

Add ability to re-arrange layer order at will
Currently it appears that the only options for layer ordering are "alphabetical" and the order that they are created. My suggestion would be to add the ability to sort the layers "at will" - similar to the way you can re-order your tools in a tool chest.
