Re: Markup List Summary
As Shannoc commented, I would suggest just exporting to a csv file then let Excel do the work for you. However, in a case like this, I think a few simple formulas is enough and there really isn't any need to use Power Query. You could also use Tables and Pivot Tables but I'm not sure how easily the results could be input into your database.

Re: Adding a new item on Markuplist under a category. (like Match Properties) PLZ HELP
Hi @Adeeb,
I hope this information from @Shanoc Halliday helps with your question!

Re: User Usage
Prior to subscriptions, we had the ability to monitor usage and we would know when we needed to add more seats. We would like a reporting feature added so we know if our users are not using the software. Some of the users we converted never even completed the registration process. We can see that information but we can't see if the user is actually using the software or how often they are using it. This would be helpful information for org-admin users.
Thank you.
Re: User Usage
I would like this feature too. I have given several users in other departments licenses but no way to tell if they are really using it.😶
Re: Document Accessibility checker
Our State has adopted a statute that requires all local municipalities to have digital information that meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Since all submittals to the municipalities are public documents they are requireing all of our submittals to meet this requirement.

Re: Have you used the new Label feature that lets you put any Markup List Column data?
Mark, I’m pretty sure you can make the Sequence tool (from ToolSets) and the data in that new sequence tool, will show up in the comments section of the markup list, and will show the sequential increments said you’re looking for.
Re: Add pictures to comments Bluebeam Cloud
In the case right now, we use mark ups on the plan to documentate moisture measurements during the construction phase. We also use it to prove that we did the measurements and there for the possibility to store pictures behind the mark ups would be really helpful. That requirement is probably really specific in our case but if we add it together with the possibility to send pictures in the comments chat behind the mark ups I feel like this would be helpful for a lot of use cases. Thanks

Re: Markup List Summary
I like what you are trying to do, and I hope I am proved wrong, but I can't see how that can be done.
I have looked at one of my files and couldn't get the result that you are looking for.
Have a look at this image below. I can group, but not provide sub totals for grouped markups, only a grand total for all markups.
BUT!!!
What I can say is that Excel has been built for exactly what you want, and what it needs is 'clean data' which is what you can easily and consistently generate out of Bluebeam. What I have built for myself and shown clients is to create an Excel file with x-lookups that search for (in your case) if Subject = abc and Label = xyz then provide the result of column ###.
There is another Bluebeam champion on this Community page that would say to learn Excel's Power Query, an amazing tool that smashes out quotes from Bluebeam exported data.
As I said, I hope someone else knows of an answer.
Good luck.
Importing an Excel sheet template to Bluebeam. Is it possible..? PLZ HELP
- Is there a way to import the template from an excel sheet to a markuplist of Bluebeam. (If the client has a template like Subject and few other title columns to import to Bluebeam) Is there a way to do that.?
