Punchlist Setup/Template
Hi,
We are new to BB and just starting to setup our templates, library etc. I have seen comments on using BB for punchlists and viewed on youtube but does BB have a learning page on how to set these up properly? We do large multi storey hotel projects and ideally want a live punchlist of sorts.

I wish I had some good stories, but I think mine are coming in a couple months. I'm about to start teaching electric apprenticeship classes for my company's new apprenticeship program, and just started brainstorming ways to integrate Bluebeam in my teaching. Does your document look like this?
If so, I believe this is caused by the document having untitled viewports.
When you first open the document, this pop up will appear, allowing you to remove the viewports which stops the screen from turning blue.
If you don't get this pop up when opening the document, go into preferences and click on "Reset Hidden Messages":
Re: Can Comment replies be made more visible?
The replies are visible when you hover your mouse over them, are thinking of some sort of toggle that would display them all at once, or would you want something darker/obvious?

Sorry for the delayed response; I somehow missed your comment. Yes, Studio Sessions lets multiple people markup the same document simultaneously. This is great because you don't get three people making the same comment on four different copies of the document—or worse, three different comments on the same issue.
Re: Batch Link Troubleshooting
There is no substitute for bad drawings.
Make sure your elevation callouts are being recognized as text, otherwise, there is no real good fix for this.
If you are creating the drawings, make sure that you are using a True Type font when creating. It'll makes a HUGE difference.
Re: Filter and Sort option disabled
If you go up to your login at the top right, and click on it, it will drop down and tell you your "plan".
The filter and sort options in summary are limited to the Complete level only.

I like the idea (at least as an option), but I think it gets messy when individual markups have multiple replies.

I was once getting a spam email that was written in Russian, and I couldn't figure out where the Unsubscribe link was… then I remembered that Revu has a Translate Markups feature.
I printed the the email to PDF, ran the Translate Markups function and was able to find the Unsubscribe link.
I've used this feature twice, once for this and once for translating a set of plans that was written in Mandarin.
It's not one of those features you use everyday, but its handy to have.
Re: Align to Segment
I can see how the offset would be useful.
For now, how about showing the Width and Height in the caption in the middle of the drawn rectangle instead of having the dimensions aroundthe perimeter.
