Welcome to Setup Spotlight, our July Monthly Challenge!

We all work a little differently in Bluebeam Revu. After last month’s Revu Remix challenge, we’re keeping the momentum going by diving deeper into customization. This month, we’re focusing how you’ve tailored Revu to match your workflow. With custom profiles, toolbars, and layouts, your setup showcases how you work best and could spark new ideas for others in the community.

I measure a lot of different types of work and have profiles for each to make sure I only have what I need visible - it's great to have everything at your fingertips instead of having scroll through endless lists, etc..

I have different Tool Chests for each profile which incorporate tools with custom line styles, etc..

The toolbars that I have displayed in each profile will vary depending on what I need.

The placing of the panels changes to suit how often I need to access them as I am completing my markups.

And finally, the custom columns for collecting extra data change in relation to what I need to export out to a csv file for use in Excel later on.

Below are screenshots from my Brickwork, Drainage, Roofing (carpentry) and Substructures profiles.

Sequence tools NOT resuming counts?
I do an absurd amount of take offs, and count all day long. I LOVE being able to leave a sequence, and resume it after looking at another page. This doesnt work anymore? Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
Punchlist Setup/Template

Revu keeps windows pdf file status as open or locked even after closing the file or closing Revu
When this happens, I can't move a directory with that file. This reddit post solved it for me. You just need to disable the recent file list in Revu. But I would like to use the recent file list feature someday, now that I have to turn it off. Please fix this Bluebeam. Thanks.…
