Highlighting

Joseph Rudi

Is there a way to undo a highlight without hitting "undo" which does get rid of the highlight. Yes this works but becasuse BB isn't perfect I now have to go back and set everything up again each time it highlights a section I DIDN'T want it to, which is often. I would like to undo without having to set it all back up multiple times a paragraph.

I'm not clear on your workflow. I thought you were talking about highlights created by Batch Hyperlink, but then you end it with "paragraph".

1. If its a highlight markup within a paragraph text, just select it in the document or the markups list, and hit delete on your keyboard.
2. If you are talking about Batch Hyperlink, open the Links Panel, where you will find a list of all the links. Find the one and delete.

Hope this helps. If not, share some more details about your workflow.
