Trouble Unflattening

I have a document with floorplans that I have marked up with electrical icons from my tool box. Somehow the document was flattened and I can not access my markups, it is only with this tool box however. All of my other markups are unflattening. Another weird thing is when I went to unflatten it kicked my out of my current profile to a generic profile.

Any content edit on a flattened page (text edit, search/replace, erase/cut content, reduce file size, redaction, repair PDF) wipes the unflatten recovery data for the whole page, not just one tool's markups. If only your electrical icons won't come back while everything else does, I'd guess those icons got individually flattened earlier, before the full-document flatten ran, that sequence breaks recovery for just one subset.

I'd stop touching the file and copy it now. Check Document > Markups List, if the icons still show up there even grayed out, there's still something to pull back. If that list's empty for them, I'd treat that data as gone.

The profile kick-out looks unrelated to me, nothing ties it to flatten/unflatten. I'd log that one separately with support since it's reproducible on your end.
