That's an interesting question @Ravindra Malode. I don't believe that is possible in the current version of Revu.
You probably already know this, but you could start with a simple box cloud+ with the standard text and then add/subtract/move control points if needed to get a custom shaped cloud. This isn't as efficient as what you are suggesting, but would probably more efficient than typing the same tag information on a standard comment hundreds of times.
