As the title suggests I have been using Bluebeam for about a year. I use it for 6+ hours a day 6 days a week. For the most part its doing exactly what I want. My issue isn't that it doesn't do what i want as much as Im hoping there is an easier way to do certain things.

@Brian Estrada more good news . . . #1 is easy too. You just have to know where to look.
You need to access the "Measurements" panel by clicking the ruler or hitting Alt-U:
Set a scale on your document. Then expand "Viewports" if it isn't already. Hit the Plus to add a viewport. Draw the viewport around your detail, select the scale, and give it a name if you like. All done!
Here's an example with the same line at two different scales:
Note that the blue viewport box only shows up when a measurement tool is selected and does not print.

@Dan Phillips I was looking at the wrong "measurements" location. I was going to the tools tab and now I see! I just tried it and viola! Thank you so much!
on a general note, if you want to learn something… PLAY!!!. Try something, what does it do? Did it work? Explore the menu options. Explore the Rt. Click Menu options. Explore the Keyboard shortcuts. Good luck
Also, not sure how you do it but take the time to read the Bluebeam Community Digest Emails. There are a lot of tips in there especially with folks responding to new users.
#1 You can go through with one scale then flatten the page. Reset the scale and do those measurements.
