In excel for example, you can press F4 to repeat last command. This would be a great feature to have.
There is a "Reuse Markup Tools" toggle that will keep tools active. Not exactly like what you're describing in Excel but it's still quite handy. This can be found on the Status bar (if displayed) in the lower right corner. Additionally, it can be found at the bottom of the Tools menu pulldown at the top of the screen.

Yes Bluebeam Revu has a similar feature, but it’s called Reuse Markup Tools, not “Repeat Last Command.”

Now, after placing a markup, the same tool stays active so you can place it repeatedly without selecting it again. Press Esc when you're finished.
You can also toggle Reuse directly from the Status Bar.

Thank you, but I am familiar with the Reuse tool. My suggestion is specifically for a Repeat Last Command function.
For example, if I want to subtract control points, I currently have to right-click, select Control Point, then select Subtract. If I need to do that several times, it would be much more efficient to simply click the next control point and press a single key, such as F4, to repeat the last command.
we can make ENTER as the repeat Last Comment for Bluebeam in the update, how's that my friend?
sure. Since you are in the giving mood, why not make in assignable? I use a Logitech MX Ero Wireless Trackball. ENTER is good, but a right click would be better.

@chito.pono@paragon.io Specifically addressing your example, there is a shortcut for Control Points. You can hold Shift while hovering over a markup to get a plus or minus icon next to your cursor (depending on if you are hovering over a control point or not). You can also hold Ctrl to convert a control point into an arc segment.

IMO Holding shift down to add/remove controls points is exponentially faster than left click to select, right click to repeat command. It would also break the functionality of the right click context menu.
Coming from a guy that adds/removes controls points 2-4 hours a day on average :)
That's a good tip for control points. My request was to repeat last command. I appreciate the tip nonetheless.
