When you fill a polygon it will cover other items. How do you move the covered item on top of the filled area to make it visible?
Found it! Order command when I right click.

Good catch on order @camkarner. Another thing worth knowing here, if you're stacking markups and it's hard to grab the one you want, Revu now has a cycle popup for that. Click where a few markups overlap and it shows you the options, cycle through them with Shift+Space.
