I am experiencing an issue where some pages of PDF documents appear completely blank in Bluebeam Revu on an ARM-based Windows computer. The problem appears to be associated with Revu 21.11. Their recommended troubleshooting process was: * Back up the custom Revu tools and settings. * Remove the previous Revu installation using Bluebeam Cleaner. * Install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for ARM64. * Download and install the latest version of Revu. * Test the affected PDF files again. Has anyone else experienced blank pages or a similar rendering issue in Revu 21.11 on an ARM-based Windows device? Even I downgrade my Bluebeam to version 21.10 but the issue has still remained.

I am experiencing an issue where some pages of PDF documents appear completely blank in Bluebeam Revu on an ARM-based Windows computer. The problem appears to be associated with Revu 21.11.

Hi Hamoun Since the issue is still happening even after downgrading to 21.10, it may be more related to the ARM device or rendering settings than Revu 21.11 itself.

Try switching the 2D Rendering option between Hardware and Software in Revu Preferences and restart Revu. Also, make sure your ARM graphics drivers and Visual C++ ARM64 Redistributable are fully updated.

If the same PDF works normally on another PC, that would further point to an ARM-specific rendering issue. Thank you

Thanks for your advice. We have updated the ARM graphics drivers and Visual C++ ARM64 Redistributable. Also, switched the 2D Rendering option between Hardware and Software. However, the issue is still remained.

Yes, similar experience. Downloads from TxDOT online manuals render nicely in Acrobat, but I get black, unrendered pages in Revu 21.11. I switched from Hardware rendering to Software rendering and got an immediate resolution. So what does that mean?
Revu showed the bookmarks and page numbers and allowed me to move from one black page to another black page. Here is the .pdf I downloaded - https://www.txdot.gov/content/dam/txdotoms/des/pse/pse.pdf

Any update on this? I am having the same issue not on all PDFs just some. I can open the PDFs in other software or in a web browser and they work fine.
