Separate highlight for fill and linework

It would be nice to control the highlight of the fill independently from the linework, similar to InDesign. For example an opaque border line with a fill set to highlight. Currently both the border line and the fill highlight.

I know there is a work around to copy / paste in place the markups on top of each other. Setting the bottom filled markup to highlight and leaving the top markup as opaque, but that makes future editing of the markups time consuming and it's annoying.

Please consider making this a new feature.

Having independent control over the fill and linework would make a lot of sense, especially for workflows where we need an opaque border with a highlighted/translucent fill.

The copy/paste in place workaround works, but as you mentioned, editing later becomes unnecessarily time consuming.This would definitely be a useful feature enhancement for Bluebeam. Hope the team considers it!

@Wulff / AST Found a way around this. Use a regular shape markup, leave "HIGHLIGHT" unchecked, and just turn down the fill opacity while keeping the line opacity at 100%. Gives you an opaque border with a translucent fill, no need to stack two markups on top of each other.

Thanks Shaya. I appreciate the response. This is helpful and does reduce having duplicate markups. However, the transparency workaround is still obscuring the underlying drawing. I'd much prefer a highlight feature, leaving underlying black lines as black.
