Custom Tool Chest Disappears

I have had two separate custom tool chests disappear. I used one for multiple months without any problems, then it disappeared and I could not locate it to reopen or reinstall it. Created another one, that again worked for awhile, but then suddenly disappeared without warning. Very frustrating. Anyone else had a similar experience? Any recommendations?

Check to see if the Tool Chest was fully deleted or just its link to your bluebeam is broken. The default save location for tool chests is C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Bluebeam Software\Revu\<version> (you may have to show hidden folders/items to see AppData). If the tool chest is still saved in that folder, you should be able to simply drag and drop it into your bluebeam or similarly import it using the manage tool chests window from the tool chest panel dropdown.
