Hello, What are the key differences between the "Complete" and "Unassigned" versions available in Bluebeam software, including their respective advantages and disadvantages?
The Unpaid Collaborator (free) version still contains some helpful tools. Each level of subscription provides different functionality. This article explains it in better detail
Work in Revu 21 without a subscription | Bluebeam Technical Support
Hi UvarajaDurairaj
"Complete" is a paid subscription that unlocks the full Revu feature set, including advanced markup, measurement, automation, and collaboration tools.
"Unassigned" isn't a different version of Revu it's simply an account state indicating that no subscription seat has been assigned to your Bluebeam ID. In that state, Revu runs in Read only mode, so you can view, print, and fill forms, but most editing and markup tools are disabled. If you see "Unassigned," ask your Org Admin to assign you a subscription seat or refresh your account access.
thank you , all the best, You can explore MAX also, it's so resourceful
