On my org admin portal there was a link to trial MAX. I went through that process, but I don't know how to get Bluebeam MAX on my computer… Is there a download?

You don't install Bluebeam Max as a separate application. Max is a subscription plan that unlocks additional features in Bluebeam Revu 21 and Bluebeam on Web. If you started a Max trial from Org Admin, you still need to download and install Revu 21, then sign in with the same Bluebeam ID (BBID) you used for the trial. You can download Revu 21 from the Bluebeam Download Center .After installation, simply sign in with your BBID, and your Max trial features should be activated automatically. If you've already installed Revu 21 but your account still shows as Read only or Unassigned, check that your trial is active or that your Org Admin has assigned the Max subscription to your BBID.

You can find out what plan you are on by clicking on your Bluebeam ID on the upper right-hand corner of Revu. Look for “Plan: Max”
Thanks @Angela Aff - I hit the refresh icon there and it made it happen! I had closed and opened the program several times and restarted the computer thinking those activities would activate it - looks like the refresh button was the key.
