GoCanvas Status column enabled by default in all profiles after upgrade

We noticed today that a new column called "GoCanvas Status" is automatically enabled in all of our profiles.

We understand that the current workaround is to uncheck the column and save the profile again. However, this becomes difficult to manage in our environment since we maintain around 30 different profiles deployed centrally.

Every time a new version is releasd, the column appears again, which means we need to update and redistribute all profiles once more. This is unfortunately not sustainable in the long run.

We believe it would be better if built-in columns such as this one were disabled by default, allowing each company to decide whether they want to enable them or not.

Could you please consider changing this behavior in your next release so that the GoCanvas Status column is unchecked by default?

I agree. Perhaps on the Bluebeam side they could scan the domain for associated GoCanvas licensing and enable only if there is a match. So if johndoe@johndoeinc.com has a Revu subscription, the license portal could see if there's a GoCanvas subscription for anyone@johndoeinc.com and then enable that column. I'm sure it's far more difficult, or impossible, but it seems like that would be handy. For the time being, the Revu subscribers likely outnumber the GoCanvas subscribers. I'm sure in time that ratio will get closer. GoCanvas is a clever solution!

Yes, alternatively they can leave the column disabled in the Markup List by default, allowing users to enable it only when they begin using GoCanvas.

Seeing the comments below, I can see it's an add-on. But, this is the first time I have heard of it.
