It would be so great and time saving for the stamp to be vector to allow more options in placement and size and not totally whiteout something it's next to or over.

I like this idea. Vector-based stamps would stay sharp at any scale and wouldn't hide nearby content with a solid white background. It would also be great if stamps supported transparent backgrounds and editable colors, making them much more flexible for reviews, approvals, and QA/QC workflows.
