I've been approached by Arkance to take over my Bluebeam renewal costs. I've always purchased directly from Bluebeam. Does anyone have good or bad experiences with this company?

The main benefit into using a reseller is responsiveness. They can usually get back to you much quicker than Bluebeam can, which is why Bluebeam chooses to have these partnerships through their reseller channel. You can't go wrong with any of their Platinum or Sapphire level partners.
