I would like to suggest being able to change the color of individual Bluebeam Windows - just the bar at the top would do it. I commonly have 3 or 4 open all day so I can have multiple Sessions open at once. It would be incredibly helpful to be able to change one to blue, one to yellow, etc so I can easily tell which one I need to go to for which session/pdf I am looking for.
