I periodically need to take a snapshot of the entire page of something to send someone a screenshot or to move content between two pdf files. When I initiate the snapshot tool, it lets me snap to the corner of the pages, so I can easily drag a box around all of the content. However, the software sees part of this as being outside the bounds of the sheet so it never actually captures the content. When it does actually take a "snapshot" it just pastes a blank rectangle instead of the actual content.
