I can’t express how disappointing it is that the BB Revu app for iPad has been replaced with the cloud app featuring not even a fraction of the tools. My company, approx 40 people, all rely on BB Revu heavily and use it daily. When we found out they were discontinuing the app, it was quite frankly devastating. Now, we have to switch to another platform to do site visit work making our lives more difficult and creating more work than I could possibly explain. Please please please bring it back, even if you guys refuse to provide assistance or help, but please just bring it back!!!!!! It was incredible and everything we needed it to be.
I reached out to support since the latest update, which the app said I needed, essentially crashed it intentionally. I wish that the company just left it to stay as it was instead of purposely corrupting it. I also can’t believe this isn’t more discussed as this has a huge impact on us.
It would mean the WORLD if it could just be brought back to its most recent (not corrupted) version and released again with the caveat that support won’t be offered. I can say on behalf of my company, we would rather have to be our own tech-support for it than not have it at all. And the kicker is, it didn’t even need any support; it was a fabulous app.
