Claude Connector for BB Max not available

Question

I have downloaded Claude, verified the free version works with BB Max, Connected github and also set the MCB preferences in MAX for Claude connection. I have the 21.9 version uploaded and also have logged out of Claude desktop and BB and logged in again. Claude continues to tell me it is a push waiting from BB to have the connector show up as an option. Anyone else have an issue connecting Claude to BB Max? I just started the BB University training and didn't get very far. Thanks in advance.

FIX: Bluebeam MCP Not Showing in Claude Desktop

If you have Bluebeam Max with Revu 21.9 and Claude for Windows enabled under Preferences → Admin → MCP but Bluebeam is not appearing as a connector in Claude Desktop, here is the fix:

* Make sure Claude for Windows is enabled in Revu under Preferences → Admin → MCP
* Open Claude Desktop
* Go to Help → Troubleshooting → Clear Cache and Restart

After Claude restarts, Bluebeam will appear as a connector in the "+" menu.

Note: Do NOT manually edit the claude_desktop_config files it is unnecessary and will cause Bluebeam to show up twice. If you already did this, remove the mcpServers section you added from the config file before clearing the cache. (I did this. :)

It is really important that you double check whether you actually ticked both options in the Claude admin.

I say this because that very mistake happened to me.

And do not forget to fully close both apps and reopen them, then Bluebeam will definitely show up in Claude.

You can try (you have done most of this anyway)

Ensure Claude desktop is installed https://claude.com/download

* Check Claude Desktop is signed in
* Go to Bluebeam -> Preferences -> Admin -> MCP. Ensure it is checked.
* Restart Revu & Claude.
* After restarting, verify the Bluebeam connector appears in Claude Desktop's settings, just as a confirmation step. Go to Customize -> Connectors -> Bluebeam should be there.
* Check that the MCP is enabled: Bluebeam -> Preferences -> Admin -> MCP. Ensure it is checked.

* If this does not work, try toggling off the MCP connector in Revu, closing and toggling back on again.
