Is there someone who can help me get my editing features back for me (undo, redo, copy, cut)? I've tried everything and no luck. These just suddenly grayed out on me and I cannot work on my projects any longer. My subscription is up-to-date.
Is your document locked? Does it happen on all documents? or just one?
There's also the Preferences > Tools > Signature > Restrict changes that invalidate digital signatures markup lock that could be a culprit sometimes.
Are you still having an issue?
I have 1 tool that is locked and greyed out and I cannot unlock it or delete it. Any ideas?

Your markup is currently locked. Right click the markup and select "Lock" which will have a check mark next to it. Once you click Lock the checkmark will go away and you can delete/move the markup

You can see from the screen shots this one is grayed out and I can't click on it. I have another tool next to it working as you described.
You may need to reach out to tech support on that one. I can see from the markups list that you were the author of that markup along with all the others on screen.
Typically when items are grayed out it's one of three scenarios.
Since none of those seem to match your situation I'm afraid I'm out of ideas. If you do get a solution please post it back here so we can have a record.
