Hi Bluebeamers,
We're excited to share that the Bluebeam Revu 21.10 Beta is now onboarding new testers, with testing kicking off on Tuesday, June 3rd. This is your chance to explore new features coming soon to Revu, share your feedback directly with our team, and help us shape the best version of Revu for your everyday workflows.
Here are some of the features we will be focusing on in this six-week beta:
- Headers and Footers: A modernized dialog makes it easier than ever to create, edit, preview, and manage headers and footers across a file. Detect multiple header/footer items in a document, apply them to specific or selected pages, insert common document information, and save or share reusable templates—all without having to remove and recreate items when changes are needed.
- Studio Project Search: A revamped search experience makes results more actionable and easier to parse. Markup results—the most common item users search for—are now visible at the same level as files and folders, making it significantly faster to find the markup or batch of markups you're looking for.
- Session Restoration in Revu: Session recovery is now self-serve and discoverable directly within Revu. A new Deleted tab lets all Session Hosts restore Sessions exactly as they were—whether deleted due to inactivity or by finishing—as long as it falls within the 120-day retention window.
Who can join:
Anyone with an active Core, Complete or Max license of Revu 21 can participate. All you need is your Bluebeam ID (BBID).
