Bluebeam pdf process error notice

Hi team,

I have been using Bluebeam for nearly one year now, however, recently there was a few issues keep bothering me.

In the attachment is the first issue: while I was using Bluebeam "create pdf" plugin function in MC Word, the same error keeps showing, but when I am using the "File>export" function in MC Word, I will get the PDF documentation. The second issue is, while I am converting word file to pdf via Bluebeam, the bookmarks we generated were not showing in the pdf, thus, I need to go through the bookmarks again.

Can you please help me find out the solutions? Much appreciated.

Hi just to add on my situations, before I was using version 21.6.10, I have updated to version 21.9, but problems were not solved.

I have not had any luck with maintaining bookmarks upon conversion. I am not sure that is a supporting feature.
