I want to be able to click a box with "-" sign that minimizes all the places at once. Right now I have to go to each place's page and minimize it. This is cumbersome when I have places set up on 10+ different pages of the PDF. (Similar to how you can minimize all the bookmarks at once by clicking the "-" at the top of the bookmark tree.)
