Documents are regularly uploaded by AE firms to a Session without bookmarks or poorly organized bookmarks. It then causes everyone working in the session to work inefficiently. Its also inefficient to pull the file and replace once there to add bookmarks. It would be much better if these could be modified after upload.
The same applies to page labels.
