Why does a multipage pdf send to my printer as if each page is a separate file?

I'm having an issue with printing to our office Canon C3325 copy/printer with multipage documents (only from Bluebeam Revu 21.9; not from Acrobat or any Microsoft App).

For example,  I can save a MS Word document as a pdf file and open it in Bluebeam Revu.  Everything looks correct in the app.  When I print the entire document to the office Canon C3325 printer, each page is printed like an individual document…with each page being slightly offset in the printer output tray.  On a 50 page document, this not is annoying of trying to neatly stack the pages (every page is offset 1" from the previous (back and forth)) and slows down the printing.

We have 8 licenses of Bluebeam Revu 21.9, and mine is the only one that prints this way.  I don't believe it printed like this when we first installed it 6-8 months ago, but it has been this way for a while.  Any suggestions?  I've tried reinstalling Bluebeam Revu, updating the printer driver, and changing various settings without success.

Collating works properly when printing multiple copies of multipage documents from all other applications.

This issue where it appears to be collating each page of a single pdf only happens from Bluebeam not Acrobat or any Microsoft Apps.  It seems specific only to Bluebeam, and I cannot find a setting that would make sense to change within Bluebeam.

It sounds like you have collate either turned on or off somewhere. Check your settings in both Bluebeam and the printer driver. Even though you reinstalled the printer driver, Windows can remember the settings so a simple setting problem wouldn't have been fixed that way. Look for something like "Document Handling" or "Document Finishing" in the printer settings or if there is a "reset to defaults" option, try that.
