The message "The maximum number of client licenses has been exceeded. Contact your Bluebeam account administrator to resolve the problem." has started popping up lately on approx. 10-15% of our users licences. The number of clients have not been exceeded and the error seems to be bound to that specific account.
Just started a week ago. Is this a known bug or something?
Some people can manage this by logging out and back in, some can't even log out. Some can log out but the problem persists, even when they test it on another PC.
