When initiating Revu v21.9, I get the "Select a Region" spinning wheel login. Eventually, I get this error:
But, after this error, my program comes up and I'm signed in (without actually signing in). So after going though all this, the program works. It's annoying because it has to happen every time I open the program. I submitted a ticket a few days ago, no response, and my IT people have no idea what to do, but they did verify that my subscription is valid and active.
I recently returned from a trip (>7 days), so I'm assuming my token expired. I've tried the solution of renaming the AppData folder to Revu_old, but what happens is I try to log in I get the same error message above, it's just that I can't sign in at that point so I have to delete the new Revu folder and rename Revu_old back to Revu, and go through the spinning wheel/login error/now everything works process again.
What is going on and what am I missing or doing wrong?
