Is anyone having issues with their script to deploy Revu 21.9?
We can get the program to upgrade from 21.2 or 21.3, to 21.9, but the custom files for profile, toolsets, etc. aren't copying over to the user's 21 folder on their C drive the way they have in the past. We have about a 25-30% success rate right now. We have been using the same script for years without issue, but something has changed and thus far BB support has not been able to identify the issue. The most obvious factors that we can think of are a change in Windows OS, a new security control setting in place, or something within the Revu update process itself has changed.
We have far too many users to contemplate a manual install of the update. And we have not been able to identify why the update works as expected for a handful of people and does not for everyone else as they all have the same version of the OS, permissions, and software version.
If anyone has any insight or has dealt with something similar, please let me know!
