Hello Bluebeam Team,
I am a regular user of Bluebeam Revu and appreciate the flexibility of the Page Region tool for adding custom metadata to PDFs. However, I’ve noticed a limitation that could greatly improve workflow efficiency:
Currently, when using Page Regions, there is no option to automatically increment numbers across pages (for example, 001, 002, 003) directly within the Page Region dialog. Users who want to include sequential numbering alongside other data fields, like region names or serial numbers, must manually edit each page, which can be time-consuming for large documents.
It would be highly beneficial if future releases allowed auto-incrementing numbers inside Page Regions, with formatting options like leading zeros (001, 002, 003), similar to the Header/Footer page numbering feature. This would streamline workflows where sequential identifiers are needed without affecting the visible content of the PDF.
Thank you for considering this suggestion. I believe it would be a valuable addition for many Bluebeam users who rely on Page Regions for project organization and documentation.
Best regards,
